It is planned to conduct educational classes in batches on computer, English language, retail management and personality development. The details of these classes are mentioned below
Batch-1 starts from 9:30AM to 1:30PM, 11 students attend computer class (09:30AM-11:30AM) and 11 students English class (11:30 AM - 01:30 PM) and after two hours rotate the class from Monday to Thursday and the same schedule follows on Friday and Saturday for Retail Management and Personality Development class
Batch-2 Batch-2 starts from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, 10 students attend computer class (01:30 P.M. -03:30 P.M.) and 10 students English class (03:30 P.M. -05:30 P.M.) and after two hours rotate the class from Monday to Thursday and the same schedule follows on Friday and Saturday for Retail Management and Personality Development classes.
As a part of special initiatives, we have run night shelters for homeless, supported by Delhi Urban Improvement Shelter, Govt. NCR. The shelter home was running for the period of one and half month (approx.) i.e. from 1st April to 13th May. During this period, 1161 people of different categories like rikshaw puller, daily wage earner and labour working in hotel. The inmates of shelter home was provided the facilities of sleeping like cooler and blanket, water, magazines, light, cooler, water, and toilet facilities. In addition, they have also provided the facilities of tea and snacks as well as magazines. It has been experienced that there were more numbers of inmates during the night in comparison to day time.
One day exposure visit to one mall namely V3s mall East Centre in Lakshmi Nagar, East Delhi and Science Centre at Pragati Maidan, Delhi was organized. During the exposure visit, the students were exposed that how the whole transaction of mall is managed and also about technique and POS inside the market. Subsequently the visit to BIG BAZZAR was organized. After a mall visit, the students visited the Science Centre where the knowledge about advancement of technology and difference between old method and new method of communication, was given to them
An Employee engagement programme was organized for 32 students. During the same, input session was organized by outsourcing the representative from BIG BAZZAR. During this programme, the students were exposed about profile of BIG BAZZAR by short video clip. Subsequently, interview session was organized and students were asked to share their interview. At the end of programme, the students were clarified their queries.
